Leadership
Laurie Gordon, Founder and CEO
Laurie P. Gordon is an expert in meeting the needs of state and local governments. For over 25 years Laurie has worked both inside and outside of government to provide governments with the goods and services they need to do their job. She is a well-known expert in providing advice and counsel to both the public and private sectors on public private partnerships.
Ms. Gordon has worked with a number of leading affordable housing developers across the country in helping them meet the needs of state and local governments in obtaining housing for their citizens. An expert in low income housing tax credits and tax exempt bond funding, Laurie also serves on the Noelle Affordable Housing Corporation board of directors, a not-for-profit organization that provides social and housing services to low income individuals. Previously, she was the deputy director of the Indiana Housing Finance Agency.
Laurie received her M.B.A. from Butler University and a B.A from Quinnipiac University.

Richard Gordon, President
Richard S. Gordon is a procurement expert. He has worked closely with state and local governments in every corner of the United States in assisting in the acquisition of the goods and services they need. In addition, he is a trusted and close political and policy advisor to a score of governors, mayors, Senators, Congressmen and other elected officials. He serves on the advisory and finance boards of the governors associations, and is active with the United States Conference of Mayors.
He received his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Rochester, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
